The $25 blessing was used to help a former student of mine who is currently going through a tough time. This student was with me in my third grade class two years ago. He is currently in fifth grade and headed for middle school. He and his family struggle with having enough food to eat, clothes to wear, etc... We used the money to purchase food for this boy and his family. It will be greatly appreciated and welcomed.

On Sunday, May 31, the church commissioned over 400 families and individuals to use $25 they received in worship to bless someone else. It was an opportunity to fulfill the Great Commandment, found in Matthew 22:36-39. Their instructions were to pray for the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to give them wisdom in making their decision, and then give the money in a creative fashion that would help someone in need. Below are responses about how those commissioned were inspired to share their money.
